In his role, Marco manages Change Machine’s Tech for Equity and Changemakers in Action newsletters in addition to analyzing key metrics to guide effective communications strategies for Change Machine’s stakeholders. He also drafts content for Change Machine’s media channels.

Before Change Machine, Marco drafted policy resolutions devoted to improving the lives of Hispanic communities on the federal, state and local level at the National Hispanic Caucus of State Legislators. He also conducted local and state research and outreach during the 2020 election cycle at ActBlue to connect progressive candidates with the grassroots fundraising resources they needed to reach their demographics.

Marco completed a dual degree program at Boston University in May 2021 with a B.S. in communications and a B.A. in international relations within the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies.

From being born in a supply closet to taking two college courses scheduled at the same time, Marco was destined for a fast-paced, unconventional life!
