This training session is geared toward program managers and Salesforce administrators at organizations that have purchased Premium and Premium Plus licenses with access to our platform’s Salesforce app. We will review basic platform customizations that you can make on your own, walk through the elements of a Salesforce report, and provide an overview of how to use standard reports available on the platform and create your own reports.
Our onboarding training is designed for users who are new to the platform, as well as those who need a refresher in the areas of building coaching skills, connecting with our community of practice, embedding financial coaching activities into daily service delivery, and managing data to track impact.
