This training session is a great opportunity for platform users to explore how to help their customers set action-driven goals, while doing a deep dive through our interactive training platform, online community of practice, and Salesforce app, where users can track customer data ranging from intake and demographics to financial metrics, surveys, and coaching activities. This is the first step for social service practitioners and financial coaches getting started on the platform!
Our onboarding training is designed for users who are new to the platform, as well as those who need a refresher in the areas of building coaching skills, connecting with our community of practice, embedding financial coaching activities into daily service delivery, and managing data to track impact.
