As Coaches collect customer data using the COACH App in Salesforce, your organization can use that data to showcase successes for your organization and your customers. The Salesforce Reports and Dashboard features allow you to put your data together in organized ways that you can use to impress your stakeholders or keep track of specific metrics. Reports show basic tables of data and Dashboards are graphical representations of that data.
