By the end of this session, practitioners will be able to:
* Coach customers to use their credit report to organize and prioritize debts that are directly impacting their financial goals.
* Provide coaching supports to customers around calling and speaking -and negotiating- with debt collectors.
* Support customers to identify a plan for resolving debt.
* Share tools and resources with customers that help them understand their rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
