In this 90-minute session, learners will have the opportunity to coach a customer (case study) through the six financial security areas: Goals, Assets, Banking, Credit, Debt, and Taxes.
Practitioners should be prepared to:
–Make coaching decisions based on customer circumstances and best practices
–Receive immediate feedback on your decisions and utilize the space to ask questions and explore concepts discussed
–Use your knowledge and skills to coach a customer through the decision-making and action-planning processes
–Receive information through content and tools that facilitate coaching conversations around the area of finances
