At the end of this training session, practitioners will be able to:

  • Review and understand a credit report
  • Utilize the credit report to help customers address their spending and savings habits, prioritize debts, and establish an action plan to improve their credit
  • Co-develop strategies for managing and building customers’ credit scores to help them achieve their strengths-based, forward-thinking and passionately-held goals
  • Access tools and resources available on Change Machine to help facilitate credit conversations with customers
