In our 2nd annual survey, financial coaches and managers alike generously shared their feedback about Change Machine. Practitioners mentioned that our content in LEARN helped them to prepare for financial coaching, how COACH eased their coaching sessions, yet others love how they can ask coaching questions to an entire community of professionals on SHARE.

  • 83% of our users agree that LEARN is an effective support tool.
  • 74% of our users found that the tech support they received from us has been helpful (while 25% have never needed support from us)
  • 72% of managers found the dashboards in MANAGE to be helpful.


All of this valuable feedback came from over 100 active users during a two-week survey period.
