The Change Machine Help Center is here! Release 2.7 takes Change Machine technical support to a new level by introducing the Help Center and more. This is the second release in a series of five releases leading up to Change Machine's public launch in October.

The new release is available to all users on Monday, July 27th, 2015. Please review the release details below to familiarize yourself with the improvements.

Change Machine Release 2.7 Highlights

  • New Help Center: A dedicated site with instructional guides, how-to videos and upcoming community trainings.
  • Enhanced Customer Reporting: Managers can now easily measure customer asset balances, income, banking costs, credit score and total debt changes.
  • Clock Your Meetings: You can now keep track of time spent on the various sections in each meeting.
  • Enhancements and Bug Fixes: Improving Change Machine throughout the platform. Thanks for all of the feedback!

Easily access the new Help Center from every Change Machine page by clicking on the new Change Machine Help Center link in the header. My Profile and Log Out links are now located in the upper right hand corner.

Enhanced Customer Reporting

Would your program like to know the average credit score change for your customers or the percent change in debt from participating in your program?

On the reports tab in the manager portal, manager users will find a new reports for Asset Balances, Income, Banking Costs, Credit Score and Debt based on information entered in COACH. The new reports contain the baseline value, current value, amount change and percentage change for each customer. Tracking the impact of your program on your customers has never been easier.

Track Allocation of Meeting Time

COACH already allowed you to track the date, time, location, type (phone call, in-person or out of meeting progress), and total duration for each meeting with your customers. Many programs and funders are also interested in understanding what amount of time is spent in meetings on Credit, Assets, Debt, etc. Now you have the option to record how many minutes you spend with a customer on each Change Machine section. Simply choose the "Specify Minutes" option in the Meeting Duration field on the Meetings tab. Change Machine will automatically sum up the allocation of minutes in order to report the total meeting duration.
